AGREEMENT OF WORKS
TERMS & CONDITIONS

By engaging Elite Glass Gold Coast—whether by paying a deposit or confirming services via phone, text, or email—you agree to the following terms:

Engagement & Order Confirmation
Your deposit serves as formal acceptance of our quotation and these terms. All products are custom-made to your specifications. Once production has commenced, cancellations cannot be accepted. If you approve a job by any communication method, these terms apply regardless of deposit status.

Timelines for Delivery & Installation
We aim to complete installations and deliveries within the estimated timeframe. However, external factors such as third-party material shortages may cause unavoidable delays. These delays do not represent a breach of contract and do not permit cancellation of the order.

Site Preparation & Workmanship
Our team takes care to install all products professionally. That said, we are not responsible for any incidental damage during installation. Customers are responsible for removing personal items, ensuring safe and clear site access, and notifying us of any water pipes. Damage to unidentified plumbing is not covered by us.

Material Standards
We only use materials sourced from suppliers meeting top-tier industry standards. Minor variations in finish, color, or glass are considered acceptable within industry tolerance levels and do not constitute grounds for refusal or complaint.

Waste & Existing Installations
Unless prearranged, clients are responsible for removing waste. If we’ve agreed to remove existing products as part of the job, we will dispose of them accordingly. While we take care during removal, we are not liable for damage arising from hidden issues or original installation methods.

Variations to Work
Any change to the original scope requiring extra time or materials will be handled under a formal variation agreement and may affect the final cost.

Payments
Payment methods and terms are outlined in your quote. We accept Bank Transfer, Cash, Card, and PayPal (Card and PayPal payments attract a 1.5% surcharge). No manufacturing will begin until the required payment has cleared. For cash-on-delivery orders, full payment is required before the installer leaves the site.

Warranty Coverage
We offer a 12-month warranty covering installation, workmanship, and material defects. Warranty claims require proof of purchase.

Ownership of Goods (Romalpa Clause)

• Goods remain the property of Elite Glass Gold Coast until full payment has been received.
• Risk passes to the client upon delivery, even if payment is still pending.
• Until paid in full:
  • Goods must be stored separately and clearly marked as our property.
  • Elite Glass Gold Coast reserves the right to retrieve unpaid goods and access the site for this purpose.
  • The buyer may on-sell goods only as an agent for Elite Glass Gold Coast, with sale proceeds held in trust.
  • Goods must not be installed, altered, or affixed until payment is completed.
